Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly market visit plans and obtain supervisor approval.
• Visit dealers, vendors, and furniture markets per plan and report outcomes.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market share within territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and onboard new ones.
• Monitor dealer performance and motivate improvements.
• Ensure dealership branding and displays meet company standards.
• Communicate updated price lists, schemes, and promotions to dealers.
• Coach dealer staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Analyze dealer stock movement and adjust product mix based on demand.
• Develop opportunities within furniture markets and resolve disputes.
• Address dealer concerns promptly and report violations.
