Job summary

HKS Global Petroleum is expanding its sales team in Karachi to cover Punjab and strengthen its market presence with reliable lubricants and professional service. This field-oriented role requires you to develop opportunities, engage automotive, commercial, and industrial customers, and manage a robust sales pipeline.

You will prepare quotations, close deals, travel regularly to customer locations, and maintain accurate records of activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or customer account management, ideally in lubricants, petroleum products, automotive, or related sectors.
• Ability to prospect, qualify leads, present products, negotiate, and close sales.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Confidence communicating product information to business customers and decision-makers.
• Ability to plan territory activity, organize customer visits, and manage a sales pipeline.
• Comfortable working toward targets and maintaining accurate sales and customer records.
• Good written and verbal communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar tools for quotations, reporting, and customer tracking.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and market coverage across assigned Punjab locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers, including automotive businesses, commercial operators, and industrial accounts.
• Promote the company’s lubricant and petroleum product range and explain relevant product benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Develop territory sales plans, pursue leads, and work toward agreed sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on customer requirements, and coordinate orders with internal teams.
• Monitor local market activity and share customer feedback and sales updates with management.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, orders, and account activity.
