Wafi Energy in Multan, Pakistan invites a results-driven Field-Based Sales professional to drive profitable growth in Process Oils across Fertilizer, Textile, Cement, and Sugar industries. You will manage strategic accounts, develop new business opportunities, and lead territory plans to meet annual volume targets.

The role demands a strong Sales First mindset, frontline field engagement, and disciplined execution of sales strategies.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, KAM, techno-commercial sales, and maintenance.
• Experience in leading field-based sales in industrial sectors.
• BE Mechanical with MBA preferred.

Mansioni

• Achieve annual sales targets for Process Oils in assigned territory.
• Develop territory sales plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and convert new opportunities in Fertilizer, Textile, Cement, and Sugar sectors.
• Manage key accounts and cultivate relationships with procurement and technical teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and supply chain to accelerate deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide market feedback.
