Jaffer Agro Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Officer to join our Pesticides Sales team in Sindh. You will develop professional relationships with dealers, optimize base sales, and promote NPD within agricultural markets.

You will conduct on-farm presentations, organize field days, and ensure strong visibility at retailers, while hitting regional KPIs and annual objectives through effective planning and market analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• Age 24-35 years.
• Location in Tando Allahyar, Sindh, Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• Develop professional relationships with dealers to strengthen market position.
• Evaluate territory potential and dealer network to facilitate market expansion.
• Conduct regular field activities to ensure demand generation at the farmer level.
• Review rolling forecast with the Regional Manager and adjust as needed.
• Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising.
