Job summary

SHIBLI Electronics Pvt Ltd is seeking an Associate Manager – Sales Support to oversee end-to-end technical sales, tendering, and commercial operations. You will own bid preparation, technical/commercial proposals, contract management, and post-award execution, while serving as the primary commercial liaison during pre-sales engagements and delivery coordination.

The role entails field demonstrations, FAT/field trials support, and close collaboration with engineering teams to align product specs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in technical sales, proposal drafting, tender management, or commercial contract administration.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end tendering, bidding, and RFQ/RFP submissions ensuring compliance.
Draft and synthesize technical and commercial proposals with engineering input.
Review and track contract terms; assess operational, financial, and compliance risk.
Manage client communications and act as primary commercial liaison throughout sales cycle.
Develop project budgets and KPIs; maintain real-time dashboards for performance.
Oversee delivery logistics, shipments, and handover to clients.
