Qualifications

• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
• Night shift work availability (7:00 PM–4:00 AM).
• On-site work at Misaqul Mall, Faisalabad.
• Telesales or call-center experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong English welcome.
• Goal-oriented in a commission-based, target-driven environment.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from international clients.
• Introduce and explain the company's services to potential customers.
• Qualify leads and follow up on quotes and proposals.
• Convert prospects into clients through effective selling.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales and estimation teams.
