• Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets.

• Direct telesales activities to meet targets.

• Prevent misselling and ensure compliance.
• Monitor productivity from systems and product campaigns.
• Attend daily team huddles and fulfill team commitments.
• Follow up with customers and align strategies to improve sales outcomes.
