Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets for telesales activities.
• Direct telesales efforts toward meeting sales targets and card targets.
• Ensure no miss selling and maintain service standards.
• Monitor performance and align strategies to improve sales outcomes.
• Attend daily team huddles and follow through on team commitments.
• Provide analyses to improve productivity and effectiveness of campaigns.
