Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls and conduct outbound follow-up calls with potential customers.
• Promote and sell telecommunications services, including Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Home Security.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, packages, and service plans.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and follow-up activities in the CRM or relevant systems.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Stay updated on service packages, pricing, promotions, and sales procedures.
• Coordinate with team members and management to support sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Location: Johar Town, PIA Road, Lahore, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Salary: PKR 100,000 – 300,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 6 month of relevant telecom sales experience preferred
