Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Telecommunication engineering.
• DAE Diploma in Telecommunication or Electronics Engineering.
• Fresh graduates to 1 year experience.
• Strong Excel and reporting tool proficiency.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support telecom operations and coordination across projects and locations.
• Prepare, maintain, and update operational reports using Excel and related tools.
• Track project activities and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.
• Coordinate with network operations, engineering, field, and support teams.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for performance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate records and operational trackers.
• Escalate issues needing management attention.
