Responsibilities

• Perform specialized hematology testing, including flow cytometry and related assays, per SOPs.
• Conduct daily quality control, EQA, CAP proficiency testing, instrument maintenance, and result verification to ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.
• Ensure timely processing and reporting of tests while maintaining turnaround times, SOP compliance, and safety standards.
• Perform technical troubleshooting of laboratory instruments and coordinate with vendor teams for equipment issues; maintain service records.
• Maintain reagents, kits, consumables, inventory, and departmental data; assist with audit prep, CAP compliance, and KPI reporting.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform specialized hematology testing, including flow cytometry, MRD, lymphocyte subset, ALPS, platelet glycoprotein, osmotic fragility, and CD4 testing, in accordance with established SOPs.
• Conduct daily quality control, EQA, CAP proficiency testing, instrument maintenance, and result verification to ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.
• Ensure timely processing and reporting of tests while maintaining required turnaround times, SOP compliance, and laboratory safety standards.
• Perform technical troubleshooting of laboratory instruments, coordinate with biomedical/vendor teams for equipment-related issues, and maintain appropriate maintenance and service records.
• Maintain reagents, kits, consumables, inventory, and departmental data, while supporting audit preparation, CAP compliance, and departmental KPI reporting.
