Job summary

Arez.io is hiring for a Technical Support role in Islamabad to grow with UK enterprise customers. You will deeply understand the platform, investigate issues thoroughly, and own cases from start to finish with clear communication and collaborative problem solving.

You will work UK hours from our Islamabad office, escalate when needed, and help shape product documentation and training materials as you progress from L1 to L2 while gaining exposure to APIs and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field from a recognized university is required.
• Around 1 year of professional experience, ideally customer-facing.
• Excellent written and spoken English for UK customers.
• Curiosity and logical thinking to understand why issues happen, not just report.
• Solid understanding of how modern web applications work: roles, permissions, data exports.
• Ownership: follow a problem through to resolution rather than handing off.

Responsibilities

• Support customers from onboarding to confident platform use.
• Be the technical point of contact for customer product queries.
• Investigate and reproduce reported issues before escalation.
• Identify root causes and provide practical workarounds.
• Review data, logs, exports, permissions and integration behavior to isolate issues.
• Raise clear issue reports for Engineering with steps to reproduce and evidence.
• Test fixes and critical workflows before and after releases.
• Write and maintain help articles and change notes using UI terminology.
• Assist customers with configuration, training and go-live activities.
• Turn recurring questions into product and documentation improvements.
