Position Summary
The Technical Project Manager (Tech PM) owns delivery of technical projects across the client base 20
— including client onboarding, migrations, infrastructure upgrades, hardware refreshes, and, critically, client offboarding 20
— while providing a high level of client service through clear communication and detailed documentation.
This is a hands-on, technically fluent PM role. The right candidate is comfortable working alongside engineers, understands enough about IT infrastructure and vendor/technology transitions to plan and de-risk them, and treats client offboarding with the same rigor and structure as onboarding 20
— ensuring every engagement closes out securely, completely, and on schedule.
Success in this role means technical projects (including offboards) are delivered on time, within budget, and with no loose ends 20

- Build and maintain a standardized offboarding checklist/playbook to ensure every offboarding is complete, secure, and audit-ready
- Partner with delivery, security, and account management teams to identify and mitigate risk during offboarding 20
