Qualifications

• 16 years of education in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive IT project management experience.
• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or CAPM are must for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring scope, budget, and deadlines are met.
• Negotiate strategic relationships with external vendors and internal partners to define scope for new requirements and oversee high-level issue resolution.
• Design and oversee development of MIS reports to guide executive decision-making.
• Develop, govern, and enforce comprehensive IT policy documents across the department.
• Present high-level project statuses and roadmaps to senior management using PowerPoint presentations.
• Establish and oversee processes for logging, tracking, and resolving end-user issues and system requirements.
• Perform UAT of existing and new information systems within the bank.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise-level project management software.
• In-depth knowledge of diverse IT environments, architectures, and enterprise application systems.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
• Mentor and guide project teams with integrity and professionalism.
• Maintain exceptional written and spoken English for executive communication.

Building upon the foundational duties of an IT Projects Officer, this leadership role requires advanced technical knowledge, strategic vendor management, and the ability to oversee complex application systems while ensuring project teams align with the organization's overarching goals.

Education & Experience

• Education: 16 Years of education (Bachelor's or Master's equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in IT project management or a related technical leadership role.
• Certifications: Project Management Certification (PMP), PMI-ACP, CSM is or CAPM is must for this role

Key Responsibilities
