Job summary

Systems Limited in Karachi seeks a seasoned Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and technical design of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability, security, integration, performance, ALM, and governance.

You will drive architecture across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and other CRM workloads, define data and security structures, lead Azure DevOps CI/CD, and mentor Technical Consultants and Developers while aligning with Microsoft

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE technical consulting, development, and solution architecture.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Power Platform.
• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of security, data architecture, and ALM practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment governance.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Architect-level certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solution architecture from discovery through deployment and support.
• Design scalable solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and other CRM workloads.
• Define architecture for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, integrations, data, security, and ALM.
• Govern customizations, Plugins, Custom APIs, Workflows, Web API, and enterprise integrations.
• Define security architecture for Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365.
• Lead data architecture and migration activities including mapping, transformation, cleansing, and harmonization.
• Define Azure DevOps, CI/CD, environment, solution management, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, availability, security, and maintainability standards.
• Review designs and establish architecture standards and reusable patterns.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants and developers.
• Support estimations, proposals, documentation, and client presentations.
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft-recommended Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE technical consulting, development, and solution architecture.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, and Canvas Apps.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Security, enterprise integration, data architecture, and migration.
• Experience with ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, solution management, and deployment.
• Good understanding of SSRS, Power BI, performance, scalability, and security.
• Strong architecture governance, technical leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Architect-level certification is an advantage.
