Job description

TheQuality Team Member is the entry-level quality execution specialist responsiblefor supporting quality processes, tracking errors in real-time, and improvingprocess accuracy and efficiency at the operational level. The role requiresstrong coordination skills and the ability to work independently withinbusiness teams, acting as a visible quality ambassador on the floor. This roleinvolves heavy cross-functional coordination with key stakeholders acrossdepartments to ensure expected quality outcomes are delivered consistently.

Process Support &Compliance

• Follow defined SOPs rigorously and proactivelyhighlight any process gaps with supporting evidence to the Quality Manager
• Suggest and work on smallimprovements based on daily operations
• Support implementation of processchanges; act as the first point of contact for floor-level queries duringtransitions

Error Tracking &Basic Analysis

• Record and track errors in processesusing standardised error-tracking templates; update records daily
• Assist in identifying reasons forerrors using basic RCA tools (5-Why, simple cause-effect
• Support the team in reducing repeat issues;maintain a repeat-error log and track closure of corrective actions

Quality Checks &Reporting

• Perform regular checks on processquality as per the sampling plan defined
• Ensure tasks are completedaccurately with a focus on FTR
• Maintain accurate records of qualitychecks and errors

Project Assistance

• Assist in quality-related projectsand initiatives; own assigned data collection workstreams end-to-end
• Collect data and provide inputs foranalysis
• Support execution of improvementplans

Change Adaptation& Stakeholder Coordination

• Adapt to new processes and systemsquickly
• Support team members in followingupdated practices
• Coordinate actively with key stakeholders across departments(operations, sales, collections, customer service) to gather quality data,address floor-level issues
