Job summary

Cargo Solution Services in Karachi is seeking a TEAM LEADER FOR EXPORT SALES to guide the export sales team, drive sales strategies, and expand our international freight forwarding services.

You will coordinate with operations and customer service, build and maintain key client relationships, prepare quotations and negotiate freight rates, and lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
