You will blend sales, candidate engagement, and mobility guidance, explaining services, qualifying profiles, and guiding candidates into Spreadhire's platform with a professional, result-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, HR, or related role.
• Strong sales orientation with confidence in speaking to prospective customers/candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for candidates interested in international opportunities via phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Introduce Spreadhire and our Talent Mobility Services, platform, and opportunities.
• Explain our services, processes, packages, eligibility, and next steps to prospective candidates.
• Qualify candidates based on profile, motivation, skills, experience, language abilities, and mobility goals.
• Convert qualified prospects into registered candidates and service users.
• Follow up with prospects and candidates during the sales and onboarding process.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide a professional, transparent experience.
• Build talent pools based on international hiring demand and priority occupations.
• Research international labor markets, salary trends, and career opportunities.
• Prepare market insights and reports to support recruitment and mobility activities.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and people-oriented Talent Mobility Executive to become one of the first points of contact for professionals interested in international career opportunities.

The role has a strong sales and candidate engagement focus. You will speak directly with prospective candidates, introduce them to Spreadhire and our Talent Mobility Services, understand their career and mobility goals, explain suitable opportunities and next steps, and guide qualified candidates into the Spreadhire platform and service journey.

You will combine sales, communication, candidate relationship management, recruitment, and international mobility while working with candidates from different countries and professional backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for candidates interested in international career and mobility opportunities through phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
• Introduce Spreadhire, our Talent Mobility Services, platform, and international career opportunities.
• Clearly explain our services, processes, packages, eligibility requirements, and next steps to prospective candidates.
• Qualify candidates based on their profile, motivation, skills, experience, language abilities, and international mobility goals.
• Convert qualified and interested prospects into registered candidates and service users.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and candidates throughout the sales and onboarding process.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide a professional, transparent, and positive experience.
• Build and maintain talent pools based on international hiring demand and priority occupations.
• Research international labor markets, skills shortages, hiring trends, salary trends, and career opportunities.
• Prepare basic market insights and reports to support recruitment and Talent Mobility activities.

Platform & Data Management

• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date candidate information in the Spreadhire Talent Mobility Platform and ATS.
• Track key metrics including leads, candidate engagement, onboarding, conversion, and mobility progress.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality, data protection, and professional conduct.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, HR, customer success, talent acquisition, or a related role.
• Strong sales orientation with confidence in speaking to prospective customers/candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain services clearly and build trust with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
• Strong follow-up, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with targets, lead management, and conversion-focused activities.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn, social media, digital communication, and online platforms.
• Experience with CRM, ATS, recruitment, or HR technology platforms is an advantage.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Interest in international recruitment, careers, workforce mobility, and global markets.
