Job summary

JazzWorld is seeking an Expert Talent Management professional to lead end-to-end talent management and succession planning initiatives. You will coordinate talent reviews, maintain pipelines, and design development programs aligned with business priorities.

The role emphasizes analytics, governance, and stakeholder collaboration across functions and locations, with a focus on delivering high-quality talent insights and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or psychology fields.
• Master’s degree (MBA/MS in HR or Organizational Development) is a plus.
• At least 5 years in a CoE role related to Talent Management or L&D.

Responsibilities

• Roll out Talent Reviews with annual planning, prep, and tracking.
• Help develop talent management framework and drive improvements.
• Organize and facilitate talent review sessions, calibrations and mapping.
• Maintain and update succession pools, critical role maps, and readiness trackers.
• Coordinate with HRBPs throughout the talent review cycle.
• Develop IDPs and manage talent placements and internal moves.
