Job summary

JazzWorld is seeking a Manager Enterprise Risk to own the analytical engine behind the ERM function, building risk registers, heat maps, and turning uncertainty into decision-ready insights for senior management and the Business Risk Committee.

You will work within the group risk appetite framework, applying ISO 31000 and COSO ERM, with responsibilities spanning risk identification, analysis, reporting, governance support, and culture-building across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in enterprise/operational risk, planning, business analysis, internal audit, or related function.
• A professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CFA, FRM, or PRM) is an advantage, not a prerequisite.
• Working knowledge of global ERM frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO ERM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess risks; build and maintain the enterprise risk register with stakeholders.
• Analyze strategic and financial risks; track mitigations through the year.
• Develop risk heat maps and ERM reports for senior leadership and forums.
• Oversee risks in major strategic initiatives and monitor their impact.
• Surface regulatory, legal, and compliance risks and track action plans to closure.
• Support governance through minutes, action tracking, and records.
