Job summary

JazzWorld invites an experienced Expert Employer Branding to lead and enhance the company’s employer brand. You will work with HR Leadership, Corporate Communications, and Marketing to design and roll out an EVP, while connecting internal culture with external talent narratives.

You will build recruitment marketing, manage academia partnerships, and drive campus initiatives to strengthen JazzWorld’s talent pipeline and brand perception.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years total experience, with at least 2 years in employer branding and communications.
• Strong internal network and visible presence within the organization.
• Working knowledge of brand management principles and HR/communications fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building and executing employer branding initiatives.
• Familiarity with EVP development and culture transformation levers.

Responsibilities

• Design and roll out an employer branding framework positioning JazzWorld as a leading digital services company.
• Strengthen the link between internal and external perspectives of the company.
• Create and promote digital content on external channels as part of an integrated strategy.
• Support talent programs and academia partnerships to deepen pipeline.
• Plan and execute recruitment marketing, campus events, and employer branding campaigns.
• Represent JazzWorld at recruiting events and manage campus connections.
