Job summary

JazzWorld is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to drive the talent agenda for growth in Islamabad. The role builds a data-led, AI-enabled TA ecosystem, partnering with business leaders to forecast needs and develop proactive pipelines.

You will lead strategic sourcing, talent intelligence, and quality of hire initiatives while guiding a high-performing TA team toward a future-ready organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR with strategic leadership.
• Proven ability to shape talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Experience implementing competency-based assessment and high-quality hiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and transformation aligned with business goals.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to forecast needs and pipelines.
• Drive AI, automation, analytics across the TA lifecycle.
• Develop external talent intelligence and proactive sourcing for critical roles.
• Grow frameworks to ensure quality of hire and governance.
• Provide end-to-end TA leadership and an exceptional candidate experience.
