Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding, probation coordination, payroll inputs, performance management, HRIS maintenance, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2-4 years in human resources or talent management.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll coordination.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate probation reviews and employee confirmations.
• Compile and submit monthly payroll inputs and deductions.
• Support performance management cycles and documentation.
• Serve as primary HR point of contact for employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate HR records in the HRIS and update leaves.
• Ensure compliance with policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Assist in HR projects, audits, and people initiatives.
