The System & Process Executive is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the System and Process Department (SPD), ensuring effective management of organizational systems and processes. The role supports the System & Process Lead and involves developing and implementing policies and procedures in collaboration with stakeholder departments. Additionally, the System & Process Executive provides operational support to System & Process Department and other departments to help achieve the organization’s strategic objectives.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Up to 2 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills with good command of presentation, report drafting and policy writing are also encouraged to apply.
