Job summary

Mobilink Bank is seeking an SVP to lead its AI-first operations transformation from a manual, siloed model to data-driven, self-service processes at Head Office in Islamabad. You will champion AI/ML, Generative AI, and RPA across the operations value chain, delivering business cases, governance and measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior experience in banking operations or digital transformation.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong experience in RPA, intelligent process automation and process re-engineering.
• Practical understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI and their banking applications.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Operations AI and Digital Transformation strategy aligned to the Bank’s roadmap.
• Develop a multi-year transformation roadmap for AI/ML, Generative AI and RPA.
• Lead governance, OKRs, KPIs, and benefits tracking for the transformation program.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML use cases within Operations from ideation to deployment.
• Establish an Automation Factory and a centre of excellence for automation.
• Promote Zero-Touch Operations and predictive AI-assisted decision making.
