Job summary

Engro Enfrashare in Islamabad seeks a Project Lead – AI Adoption & Automation with 10–15+ years in AI, digital transformation and enterprise platforms. You will own the AI roadmap, lead CoE initiatives, govern responsible AI, and drive end-to-end enterprise deployments.

This senior role requires a Master’s in AI/CS/IT or related field, exceptional leadership and executive communication, and on-site work eligibility in Islamabad.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Management or related field.
• Minimum 10–15+ years of professional experience in AI, technology, digital transformation, automation and enterprise applications.
• Proven track record leading complex enterprise-scale AI or technology transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology, data architecture, cloud ecosystems and digital transformation.
• Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, leadership and executive communication capabilities.
• Specialized expertise in Risk-Based Auditing, Internal Controls, Risk Management, Process Auditing and Compliance.
• On-site residency/work authorization: Islamabad.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the comprehensive enterprise AI and automation roadmap.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value AI and automation use cases across business verticals.
• Lead AI architecture definition, technology adoption, and seamless enterprise system integrations.
• Establish and lead the strategic AI & Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE).
• Drive responsible AI governance, ethical standards, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end AI pilots, MVPs, and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Build robust business cases, financial models, and track ROI for AI initiatives.
• Oversee risk-based auditing, internal controls, risk management and process auditing.
