Job summary

BAT is seeking a Sustainability Data Analyst to support the Global Reporting Centre of Excellence in executing the Group's Sustainability Agenda. You will handle data collection, analysis, and reporting across international standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive decarbonization and resource efficiency.

The role emphasizes training, platform enhancement, and ensuring leadership is regularly updated on performance and controls.

Qualifications

• Academic background MSc/BSc. degree in Engineering, Business, (Environmental ideal)
• Fluent English and excellent writing skills
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Environmental Sustainability Mgmt. preferably in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods Companies.

Responsibilities

• Engagement with workstream leads to ensure OTIF data collection & quality assurance
• Develop and maintain methodologies for environmental sustainability indicators reporting per international standards
• Administer, maintain and update the environmental reporting system
• Interact with UL to ensure functionality and upgrades to the reporting system
• Educate Sustainability/EHS across the Group on reporting methodologies and platform usage
• Drive development of new functionality in environmental reporting platform
• Support Global Sustainability digitalization project as part of cross-functional team
• Prepare analytical reports and data sets for decarbonization, water saving and waste management in direct operations
