Job summary

IOM Pakistan seeks a skilled consultant to strengthen survivor-centered responses to TIP and SOM. The role designs and delivers eight trainings (two TIP Coordination Committee workshops and six service delivery sector trainings) with materials, assessments, and final reporting.

Fluency in English and Urdu is required; at least 5 years in capacity-building and training delivery in migration management or related fields is expected. Knowledge of IOM tools and national frameworks is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in capacity-building and training delivery related to TIP, SOM, protection, or migration management.
• Demonstrated experience with IOM's Return Counseling Toolkit and Case Management Guidelines.
• Experience with government coordination mechanisms and knowledge of Pakistan's TIP/SOM legal frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop an inception report detailing training methodology, timelines, and a workplan.
• Design detailed training modules and materials for two TIP Coordination Committee workshops and six service delivery sector trainings (Child Protection, Victim Interviewing & Return Counselling, Case Management Approaches).
• Deliver all eight training sessions and submit complete training packages, assessment data, and summary notes.
• Prepare a comprehensive final report analyzing assessment results, outlining key findings, challenges, recommendations, and a participant database.
