Job summary

Responsibilities

• To supervise and manage all operations of the Faculty Mess, ensuring hygienic and quality food services.
• Efficient management of guest rooms and common facilities; inventory and financial control; sanitation and discipline; uphold high hospitality standards per NUST policies.
• Administration and management of Faculty Messes.
• Provision of Food and Catering.
• Guest Room Management.
• Maintenance of Rooms and Lounges.
• Inventory and Asset Control.
• Personal Hygiene and Sanitation.
• Mess Costing and Financial Control.
• Staff Management.
• Stores and Procurement.
• Safety and Security.
• Documentation and Reporting.
• Customer Service.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by Senior Deputy Director / Assistant Director or other competent authority in support of NUST hospitality, accommodation, and catering.

Term and Conditions

Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional).

Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:

• 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
• NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
• In process of pursuing a required degree.
• Medically unfit.
• Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
