Job summary

Master Group in Lahore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for finished goods to oversee receipt, storage, labeling, and dispatch preparation. You will ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and maintain robust FG stock records in ERP/WMS.

The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience and an Inter/ Bachelor’s degree. Responsibilities include cycle counts, variance investigations, shelf life monitoring, and adherence to 5S and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt and proper storage of finished goods warehouse. Ensure finished goods are correctly labeled, identified, and stored according to requirements.
• Maintain accurate FG inventory records in ERP/WMS and physical stock.
• Prepare finished goods for dispatch according to approved orders and delivery plans.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are followed as applicable.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical stock verification.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damages, and variances.
• Monitor product shelf life and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Maintain dispatch, transfer, and inventory documentation.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to FG stock, dispatches, and inventory status.
• Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
