Job summary

METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a hands-on bakery production associate to maintain expiry controls, stock accuracy, and GMP hygiene in the bakery area.

You will coordinate stock orders, assist in inventories, and support QA in resolving findings, with focus on wastage reduction and timely data entry in GMS.

Qualifications

• Intermediate education with 4 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of stock management and hygiene protocols.

Responsibilities

• Keep proper checks for expiry products.
• Ensure rail card and signage are changed and updated as required.
• Ensure shelves are presentable and filled.
• Ensure stock availability.
• Punch repacking in GMS system on timely basis.
• Perform MAV on weekly basis through internal consumption for bakery production.
• Perform stock orders with necessary documentation.
• Participate in weekly and annual inventories.
• Take corrective and preventive measures for wastage and shrinkage control.
• Coordinate and resolve QA related issues from periodic visits and other findings.
• Ensure proper cleansing and hygienic environment of bakery and production areas and equipment.
• Continuously monitor the negatives.
• Perform free samplings for product promotions of high priced articles.
• Recommend new recipes for bakery products for sales improvement and addressing customer needs.

Job Description
