Job summary

METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited is seeking a Supervisor for the Administrative Logistic Centre to oversee all clerical tasks and MMS data handling in a fast-moving wholesale environment.

You will coordinate supplier and article master data, manage stock levels, and support store operations, including inventories, reporting, and price updates. Based in Punjab, the role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to SOPs for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Handle supplier and article master data maintenance, ordering, and stock management in MMS.
• Assist in partial and annual inventories.
• Maintain and file documents in accordance with SOPs.
• Make MMS entries based on authorized forms and approvals.
• Prepare reports for Head Office and Store Manager as required.
• Manage store ordering and follow-up activities.
• Distribute price updates to relevant departments.
• Enter stock corrections/local article changes and ensure updates by next day.
• Distribute MMS reports daily.
• Perform manual ordering in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure stock availability and optimize stock days.
• Coach and train team members on new concepts, technologies, and functionalities.
• Monitor team performance to identify gaps.
