Qualifications

• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for textile artwork and production files.
• Understanding of sublimation printing, color separation, resolution, bleed and file preparation.
• Ability to create seamless patterns, repeat layouts, placement graphics and color variations.
• Knowledge of color theory, color matching, typography and print quality control.
• Translate concepts into original commercial designs with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create sublimation textile designs and patterns for apparel and dupatta/kurtis.
• Develop all-over and repeat patterns and coordinate with production for printing.
• Prepare complete print-ready TIFF files for the printing operator.
• Ensure accurate color matching, color correction, and print color accuracy.
• Coordinate with the printing operator and provide accurate files for production.
• Handle pattern creation, design development, print preparation and related work.
• Make design revisions according to production requirements.
