You will deliver consultations, help prepare documents, coordinate with partner universities, and participate in outreach activities to promote international education opportunities.

Qualifications

Role Description

The Study Abroad Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. The advisor will guide students through the entire study abroad process, including exploring suitable programs, reviewing academic profiles, and recommending destinations and institutions aligned with their goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, providing detailed information on admission requirements, application timelines, and scholarship options, and supporting students in preparing documentation. The role also involves advising on visa procedures, coordinating with university partners, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions and application progress. The advisor will collaborate with colleagues to deliver workshops, information sessions, and outreach activities that promote international education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide knowledgeable Educational Consulting and study abroad guidance tailored to diverse student profiles.


• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills for counseling students, families, and institutional partners.


• Understanding of Visas and related procedures to support students with application preparation and compliance.


• Consulting skills to assess student needs, present options clearly, and help them make informed decisions.


• Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.


• Experience in study abroad advising, admissions counseling, or higher education services is preferred.


• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple student cases concurrently.


• Comfort with using office productivity tools, CRM systems, and online application platforms.


• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and student-focused advisory practices.
