• Experience in education consulting, visa services, or international student support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end student visa applications from collection to submission.
• Guide students and families on visa regulations, timelines, and procedures.
• Coordinate with admissions counselors to ensure accurate and complete applications.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and requirements.
• Track application statuses and follow up with authorities as needed.
• Maintain detailed records in internal systems and respond to inquiries.
• Provide clear communication on next steps and support the team.
