Qualifications

• Strong understanding of international student admissions and visa documentation.
• Excellent student counselling, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to assess academic documents and organize application files.
• Knowledge of embassy procedures and visa preparation.
• Strong follow-up, time management and case tracking.
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets and online meeting tools.
• English fluency; Urdu skills and familiarity with European education systems helpful.
• Able to work remotely part-time with reliable availability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations to understand students' backgrounds and goals.
• Explain admission pathways, visa steps, timelines, and required docs.
• Review files for completeness and alignment with requirements.
• Coordinate with students, universities, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain records and provide timely updates via approved channels.
• Represent the consultancy professionally during information sessions.
