Job summary

Tuitional, an online tutoring platform serving GCC families, seeks a Product Associate to own the pipeline from qualified enquiry to activated student. You will match students to tutors, coordinate trials, and document override decisions when AI tools flag issues.

Candidates need a Bachelor’s in Education/Business/PSY/Sciences and 1–3 years in education operations or client-facing coordination, with excellent English and comfort using CRMs, spreadsheets, and web tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Psychology, Sciences, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in education operations, academic counselling, customer success, or related client-facing coordination role.
• Excellent spoken and written English for daily communication with parents across the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct intake briefs, then identify the real academic need behind each parent request — subject, level, exam board, and timeline.
• Evaluate ranked tutor shortlists and finalize matching decisions, documenting overrides and reasons.
• Coordinate trial scheduling across tutors, students, and admissions, then review post-trial analyses and approve or return them.
• Follow up on trials that do not convert, diagnose the reason, and feed findings back to Admissions and Excellence.
• Monitor early student satisfaction and manage re-matching when a tutor change is needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM/LMS records and report weekly on allocation, match acceptance, and trial-to-conversion.
• Test new internal tools/AI agents in live use and document the process.
