Job summary

Edversity is looking for a well-connected Student Placement Specialist to secure jobs and internships for our students. You will own the full placement cycle: building employer relationships, sourcing openings, matching candidates, and closing placements.

This role relies on a strong network of HR and hiring contacts in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, with opportunities across IT, telecom, banking, FMCG, and consulting. Some travel locally will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR is required.
• 2–5 years in placement, corporate relations, talent acquisition, recruitment or BD.
• Established network of HR managers and hiring managers in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
• Proven record of placements or hires with numbers.
• Willingness to travel locally for employer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow employer partnerships across IT, telecom, banking, FMCG, and consulting.
• Source job openings and match them with suitable candidates.
• Coordinate shortlisting, interviews, and offer follow-ups with employers.
• Maintain up-to-date database of employers, openings, candidates and outcomes.
• Report monthly on placements, partner pipeline and employer feedback.
