9D Technologies is seeking a results-driven User Acquisition/Performance Marketing specialist in Pakistan to drive growth across mobile and web apps. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and ASA while managing budgets and tracking key metrics.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with MMPs, and the ability to collaborate with product and creative teams to deliver compelling ad creatives and improved conversions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in user acquisition/performance marketing (mobile & web).
• Expertise in Meta, Google, ASA, & TikTok Ads.
• Experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
• Managed high monthly ad spend efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills & data visualization experience.
• Skilled in A/B testing & campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA).
• Manage budgets, bids, and performance.
• Implement ASO to improve conversions.
• Analyze data and track CAC, LTV, ROAS.
• Develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Stay updated on trends and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to drive growth.
