Job summary

Abacus, Lahore, is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Consultant (Talent Analytics) to join its Human Capital Solutions team. You will support compensation benchmarking, data analysis, and client advisory, turning data into clear insights for decision making.

The ideal candidate has an MBA in HR with 2–3 years of related experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a client‑facing mindset. You will collaborate on projects, ensure data integrity, and help deliver impactful compensation

Qualifications

MBA/Master's degree in HR from an accredited university
2–3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR analytics
Strong understanding of salary structures, benchmarking, incentives, and benefits
Advanced Excel skills and ability to present data clearly

Responsibilities

Support compensation benchmarking and talent analytics for local and multinational clients.
Collect, consolidate, and validate compensation data per project requirements.
Analyze market pay trends and provide client-ready insights.
Develop client-specific compensation recommendations.
Collaborate with clients to discuss data methodology and project queries.
Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Assist in developing salary benchmarks and incentive plans.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery.
