HRSI in Karachi seeks an experienced Manager Supply Chain Finance to lead cost accounting, inventory valuation, COGS, and month-end close. The role partners with Procurement, Production and Logistics to deliver accurate financial insights and cost savings.

You will drive SKU costing, support budget processes, and manage a team, ensuring policy compliance and timely audits. A professional accountancy qualification and 5–7 years in FMCG or manufacturing are required.

Qualificações

• Professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CMA) required.
• 5–7 years of cost or supply-chain finance experience in FMCG/manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on SAP experience with Excel and Power BI skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own supply-chain month-end close, inventory valuation and COGS.
• Lead product/material costing, SKU variance and gross-contribution analysis.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement and Production to deliver cost savings.
• Drive inventory governance, SLOB management and write-offs per policy.
• Support budgeting, latest estimates and regional/management reporting.
• Act as finance business partner to the factory and oversee P2P, CAPEX feasibility.
• Lead new-product feasibility, costing and post-launch reviews; ensure audit readiness.
• Develop, coach and manage the finance team’s performance.
