Life Style Snacks (Pvt.) Ltd. based in Lahore is seeking a Finance & Management Accounts Manager to provide the CEO with complete financial visibility across profitability, cash flow, working capital, inventory, product costing and controls.

This is a senior, commercially minded role beyond routine bookkeeping. The role focuses on management accounting, costing, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, with close collaboration to Production, Sales, and Supply Chain, and opportunities to

Competenze

• Preferred professional qualifications: ACMA / CMA / ACCA / CA Finalist or Qualified CA
• 5–8 years of relevant finance/accounting experience
• At least 3 years in manufacturing, preferably FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, packaging or consumer products
• Strong experience in management accounting, costing, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of manufacturing accounts, inventory, WIP, finished goods and product costing
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and financial modelling
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Power BI/dashboarding experience will be an advantage
• Ability to prepare and interpret management accounts rather than simply record transactions

Mansioni

• Preparing a complete monthly management P&L by the 5th working day of every month
• Preparing daily and weekly CEO financial dashboards covering sales, collections, cash, receivables, payables, inventory, expenses and profitability
• Developing and maintaining a 13-week rolling cash-flow forecast
• Monitoring actual performance against budget and explaining all material variances
• Maintaining accurate SKU/product costing, including raw material, packaging, conversion cost and contribution margin
• Analysing profitability by SKU, customer and sales channel
• Maintaining complete visibility over accounts receivable and accounts payable ageing
• Reconciling bank balances, inventory, customer accounts, supplier balances and other key balance-sheet accounts
• Monitoring finished goods, raw material and packaging inventory and reconciling book stock with physical stock
• Identifying financial leakage, abnormal costs, wastage and control weaknesses
• Establishing strong internal financial controls and ensuring that every reported number is supported by evidence
• Supporting management with commercial analysis and financial decision-making
• Working closely with Production, Sales, Supply Chain and Management while maintaining financial independence
• Improving ERP/accounting processes, reporting systems and management information
