Job summary

HiredAbhi is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for roles in Karachi across FMCG, consumer goods and e-commerce. The role oversees month-end close, management reporting, budgeting, cash flow, tax compliance, audits and internal controls, often leading a small finance team.

Location-based in Karachi, candidates should have ACCA/ACA/CA, 5+ years PQE, and hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle or MS Dynamics) to drive timely financial insights and ensure IFRS and Companies Act compliance.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA/CA fully qualified.
• Minimum 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Finance experience in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, distribution or E-commerce.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP (including Business One), Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proven ownership of month-end close, statutory audits and IFRS/compliant financial statements under Companies Act 2017.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistani tax (income tax, withholding tax, and sales tax).
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own General Ledger and month-end close, keeping books reconciled and audit-ready.
• Produce monthly management accounts by product, category and channel.
• Account for inventory, cost of sales, returns, trade discounts and rebates.
• Reconcile distributor, bank, payment gateway and courier settlements.
• Lead budgets, forecasts and business cases; track actuals against plan.
• Manage cash flow, working capital and banking relationships.
• Own tax filings and handle notices, assessments and audits.
• Strengthen internal controls and segregation of duties.
• Lead and develop the accounts and finance team.
