Job summary

Maverick Digitals is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business and manage relationships with existing clients in Karachi. This on-site, full-time role involves identifying leads, meeting clients, presenting digital marketing services, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating onboarding with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

You will track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide leadership with insights while staying current on industry trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience in sales, preferably in marketing, advertising, or technology services.
• Proven ability in lead generation, prospecting and pipeline management.
• Strong negotiation, closing and client relationship skills.
• Comfort with presenting proposals and business development pitches.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to articulate Maverick Digitals’ services and value.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and business development pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with internal teams to onboard clients smoothly.
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records; provide regular reports.
