Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or relationship management experience in financial services.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills and knowledge of banking products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships to achieve sales targets for Current and Savings Accounts.
• Identify client needs and tailor financial solutions, ensuring alignment with product offerings and compliance.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and growth in client segments.
• Collaborate with credit, operations, and risk teams for seamless onboarding and servicing.
• Monitor portfolio performance and upsell/cross-sell opportunities with clients.
• Lead negotiations and close deals with clients for long-term partnerships.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff to build a high-performing team.
