Job summary

Al Rehman Developers is seeking a dedicated Purchaser to oversee procurement for Al Rehman Garden (ARG) in Sialkot. The role focuses on sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of procurement experience in housing society or real estate development, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong Excel and documentation skills to maintain records and purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of procurement experience in a Housing Society or Real Estate Development Company.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and procurement documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement process for construction and development projects.
• Source high-quality materials, equipment, and services from reliable vendors.
• Identify and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
• Compare quotations and prepare purchase orders according to company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional suppliers.
• Ensure timely availability of construction materials to avoid project delays.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other departments regarding material requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, invoices, and documentation.
