Job summary

Nestlé Pakistan is seeking a Production Planner for the Sheikhupura Factory in Pakistan. You will develop feasible short-term production plans within capacity and material constraints, ensuring materials are available to execute plans while balancing service, cost, inventory and operations.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, defining stock policies, and resolving material supply issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Distribution Operations, Warehousing, or related function.
• Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office; familiarity with SAP Supply Chain/Materials Management modules preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop feasible short-term production plans within capacity constraints.
• Identify and address operational constraints like plant shutdowns and promotions.
• Develop optimized replenishment plans for raw and packaging materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Define stock policies and inventory management for assigned SKUs.
• Identify and resolve material supply and demand issues with stakeholders.
• Engage suppliers in Supply Chain improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production continuity.
