Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Distribution Operations, Warehousing, or a related function.
• Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office; familiarity with SAP Supply Chain/Materials Management modules is preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to take initiative and successfully deliver improvement projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop feasible short-term production plans within capacity and material constraints.
• Identify and address operational constraints, including plant shutdowns, promotions, and production requirements.
• Develop optimized replenishment plans for raw and packaging materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate with assigned suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials.
• Define stock policies and inventory management approaches for assigned SKUs.
• Identify and resolve material supply and demand issues for raw and packaging materials with stakeholders.
• Engage suppliers in Supply Chain improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and create value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production continuity and alignment with business requirements.
