Nestlé Pakistan in Sheikhupura, Pakistan, is seeking a Packaging Associate to support factory-level packaging projects in line with Nestlé packaging policies. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Procurement and suppliers to improve packaging performance, ensure safety, quality and compliance.

A Day in Life includes supporting packaging projects, evaluating alternatives, planning and documenting trials, and maintaining packaging specifications in the GLOBE database,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Chemical Engineering, Food Science or related field.
• Interest in packaging development and manufacturing operations.
• Good understanding of packaging materials, production lines, quality controls and factory trials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Ability to coordinate projects with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Procurement and suppliers.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline and commitment to safety, quality and compliance.
• Clear communication skills to share technical knowledge with shop-floor teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with packaging specifications, databases or continuous-improvement tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support packaging projects and factory trials for new products, packaging changes and optimization focused on line performance, cost, delivery and quality.
• Provide packaging input for new product introductions and improvement projects by evaluating packaging alternatives.
• Plan, execute and document factory trials, including machinability, shelf-life, storage and handling, and tests to validate materials.
• Support implementation of packaging-related quality, safety and compliance requirements.
• Maintain packaging material specifications and records in the GLOBE database, keeping info up to date.
• Analyze packaging-related consumer complaints, identify root causes and coordinate corrective actions.

Position Summary

As a Packaging Associate, you will support the execution of packaging projects and initiatives at factory level in line with Nestlé packaging policies and standards. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Procurement and suppliers to improve packaging performance, ensure safety, quality and compliance, optimize material usage and support new product and packaging development.

A DAY IN LIFE.

• Support packaging projects and factory trials for new products, packaging changes and optimization of existing packaging, with focus on line performance, cost efficiency, timely delivery and product quality.
• Provide packaging input for new product introductions and improvement projects by evaluating suitable packaging alternatives and supporting cross-functional project teams.
• Plan, execute and document factory trials, including machinability, shelf-life, storage and handling, laboratory and transport tests, to validate new packaging materials and specification changes.
• Support in Implementation of packaging-related quality, safety and compliance requirements.
• Maintain packaging material specifications and related records in the GLOBE database, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
• Analyze packaging-related consumer complaints, identify root causes and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
