Software Finder is seeking a driven PMO Specialist to join the Project Management Office. The role supports PMO operations, governance, and reporting standards, collaborating with PMO Head, teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of PMO experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, responsible approach to handling assigned work within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in PMO or project delivery.
• Knowledge of PMP or project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining PMO strategies, standards, frameworks, and operating practices.
• Support documentation, templates, and SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or automate processes.
• Support monitoring of project performance, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects have clear objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and ownership.
• Prepare and maintain project dashboards, reports, and updates for management and stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with teams, management, and stakeholders.
• Ensure responsibilities and actions are clearly communicated.
• Contribute to improving project visibility, accountability, and delivery.
• Assist with resource planning information for decision-making.
